DESCRIPTION
This project emcompassed an existing assisted living complex (shown in orange) that was experiencing major financial difficulties. The Architect was asked to provide a feasibility study to determine what could be done to boost income by adding additional multi-residential units to the existing site. The Architect furnished three different solutions with development cost estimates and schedules.
