DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects designed a 110-unit timeshare condominium located adjacent to SeaWorld Adventure Park. The central clubhouse included a reception area, restaurants, executive offices, and sales areas.
CONSTRUCTION COST
Construction costs were estimated at $10 million for Phase I construction. The project included three phases with a total of 500+ units.
COMPLETED
The project was cancelled shortly before construction was to begin by the European parent company.
