DESCRIPTION
Winter Park National Bank asked for two additional floors to be added to their single story Bank Building. The Bank needed additional space for growth (2nd floor) plus they wanted a 3rd floor for tenant spaces. GatorSktch Architects created a total of 20,000 s.f. of space for the bank and their tenants. The building is constructed using a 3-story block construction with an EIFS finish. It has recently changed hands from First National to Bank of America.
