DESCRIPTION
This project is a tenant build-out for Izzy's Coffee & Tea in an existing shell at Hillside Terrace (not a GSA project). The design requirements include creating space for a customer service counter, food case, storage refrigerator/freezer, restaurant seating area, kitchen and restroom facilities.
