Schematic design and building assessment study for the Lake County Sheriff's Department interior renovations to the administration building, encompassing approximately 20,000 SF of floor area as well as the expansion to the existing emergency communications 911 center.

CONSTRUCTION COST
Expected to be completed in 2011 with an estimated cost of $850,000.
