DESCRIPTION
Schematic design and building assessment study for Lake County Sheriff's Department interior renovations to four (4) floors of the Lake County Historical Courthouse, a building placed on the national historical registry (added 1998 - Building - #98001199). Renovations include approximately 15,000 SF of floor area, which are proposed for top administrative and other various departments of the LCSO. Phase two (2) of the project will include construction documentation and engineering. Estimated construction cost is $850,000.: $1,044,000
