DESCRIPTION
Lake County Parks & Trails commissioned GatorSktch Architects in August 2009 to design a restroom building to serve park patrons at the North Lake Community Park in Umatilla, Florida. The building, designed to match the park building type standard, is approximately 1,000 SF and includes male and female multi-station restrooms, a single station family restroom, and additional space to house park storage and electrical equipment. The restroom facility will be located adjacent to the rentable pavilions and the park playground and exercise station.

$138,000
