DESCRIPTION
This project included a master plan and total design of Phase I of the Technical Education Center of Osceola County (TECO), for 514 student stations. The project included a sophisticated driver training course for law enforcement officers for the local area, a complete food service facility with a state-of-the-art culinary arts laboratory, a comprehensive educational child-care center benefiting the school staff and serving the nearby community, practical nursing lab, and photographic lab. The design also included administrative offices, classrooms, and support facilities totaling 65,400 square feet. GatorSktch Architects designed the facility to facilitate future expansion with the completed master plan reflecting an eventual build-out to approximately 200,000 square feet.
