DESCRIPTION
GatorSktch Architects was contracted to create a design for the total renovation of this existing 2800 s.f. custom home. There were a number of additions added to the existing structure which created; a new two car garage with storage, a 500 s.f. living room, 200 s.f. cold and dry pantry, and a new pool and tiki bar area. The exterior finish of the home was changed from a ranch style to a Key West style including the traditional metal roof. The grounds were transformed using upscale finishes such as pavers for all drives and walks and a volley ball beach area was added at the lake side.
