DESCRIPTION
This project is a tenant build-out for the Vue Lounge in an existing shell at Hillside Terrace. The design requirements included creating the space plan for a 325 seat bar/restaurant, two large bi-level bars, stage and dance floor, full kitchen and restroom facilities.

STATUS
The Vue Lounge opened in December 2008.
